內容提要先進制造技術越來越受到人們的重視,其中比較成熟的并行工程哲理已經在國外推廣應用,國內也有些初步的成果。本文結合國內外的研究實踐,對并行工程的概況進行了較為詳細的介紹,并分析了國內外的差距所在,希望為并行工程的研究提供些有益的幫助

THE GENERAL RESEARCH SITUATION OF CONCURRENT ENGINEERING

Abstract: People respect the Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) more and more. Concurrent Engineering(CE) which is one of the ATM has been used in abroad and there are some fruits in China. In this paper, we give the general research situation of CE. Then we analyzed the differences between China and the developed countries in CE’s research. And we hope our work is benefit on persons who research CE.

摘要 :并行設計是并行工程的核心內容 ,DFX(design forx )是并行設計的關鍵 . DFX中的 DFC(design for cost)是指在滿足用戶需求的前提下 ,通過分析和研究產品全生命周期中各個部分的成本組成情況并進行評價后 ,對原設計中影響產品成本的過高費用部分進行修改 ,以達到降低成本的設計方法 .實現 DFC需要的關鍵技術有 :面向并行工程的全生命周期成本模型的建立 ;設計結果評價和改進設計建議的生成 ; DFC與其他 DFX工具的集成等 .根據成組技術和特征建模技術 ,提出了一個實現 DFC的概念模型 ,并在其中使用作業成本估算方法進行成本估算 .運用此概念模型可以對機械零件和機械產品進行有效的成本估算 ,并可指導并行設計工作的開展 .

The Important Technology and Concept Model about Design For Cost(DFC)

Abstract: Concurrent design is the core of concurrent engineering. Design for x is the key technology in concurrent design. In this paper, the authors define DFC as a design method which analyses and evaluates the product′s life cycle cost , then modify the design to reduce the life cycle cost. In order to use DFC, the authors need some key technologies: establishment of life cycle cost model, evaluation of design result and generation of design suggestion, integration of DFC and other DFX methods. Finally, the authors propose a concept model about design for cost. The concept model is established by group technology and feature- based modeling. And ABC method is used to estimate life cycle cost of the product in the conceptual model. It can estimate life cycle cost of mechanical parts and products and direct concurrent design work.

內容摘要本文對面向成本的設計(Design For Cost)和按費用設計(Design To Cost)的思想進行了分析,指出DFCDTC的不同之處主要在于:DFC是一種設計方法,DTC在很大程度上屬于管理方法;DFC主動地運用各種方法降低產品的成本,而DTC是為了獲得一個滿足給定的目標成本并符合用戶要求的設計。兩者的相同之處主要體現在從設計入手考慮產品的全生命周期成本。從兩者對成本的重視程度、對設計的改進和產生的時間順序看,可以說DFCDTC的進一步發展。

Abstract:The differences and sameness between DTC and DFC in concurent engineering's research has been analyzed. The defferences:DFC is a design methodology that use all kind of ways to cut down production's life cycle cost;DTC is a management method in a way,it obtains a design satisfying the functional requirements for a given cost target. The sameness:both of them consider the production life cycle cost in design. Because they all consider product life cycle cost and improving design program,we can regard DFC as the further development of DTC.

內容摘要:DFC(Design For Cost)是DFX方法的一個分支,是指在滿足用戶需求的前提下,盡可能地降低成本,通過分析和研究產品制造過程及其相關的銷售、使用、維修、回收、報廢等產品全生命周期中的各個部分的成本組成情況,并進行評價后,對原設計中影響產品成本的過高費用部分進行修改,以達到降低成本的設計方法。在進行全生命周期成本的計算時,存在不同的成本模式問題,本文通過全生命周期成本與作業成本的分析和對比,得到了作業成本法在DFC中的應用步驟和途徑,為DFC中全生命周期成本的準確計算打下了基礎。

The Cost Calculation Mode of DFC Based on Activity-based Costing

Abstract: Design For Cost (DFC) is a embranchment of Design For X (DFX). In this paper, we defined DFC as a design method which analysed and evaluated the product’s life cycle cost (LCC), then modified the design to reduce the LCC. But when we calculate the LCC, there is a problem on different cost mode. By analysis of LCC and activity-based costing (ABC), we proposed the ABC’s application methods in DFC. This mode is a foundation to exactly calculate LCC in DFC.

內容摘要:在面向成本的設計方法中,全生命周期成本數據可以分為發生在企業內和企業外兩部分,對于發生在企業內的成本數據一般可以通過對成本會計的數據得到。對于發生在企業外的成本數據(如:維修成本和報廢成本數據),需要通過用戶調查等方法得到。對于得到的原始成本數據需要去除異常值、通貨膨脹等因素的影響后才可以使用。本文通過全生命周期成本與成本核算中成本信息的分析,給出了全生命周期成本數據的收集和使用的途徑和原則,為DFC中全生命周期成本的計算打下了基礎。

The Life Cycle Cost Data Collection, Disposal and Usage in Design For Cost

Abstract: In Design For Cost (DFC), life cycle cost (LCC) can be separated two parts: one was happened in an enterprise , the other was happened out of the enterprise. We can collect the former data by cost accounting in the enterprise, but the later data (maintenance cost, recycle and disposal cost) were collected by customer investigation. The LCC data that have been collected must be wiped off the abnormity data and inflation influence. In this paper, we analyzed cost information in LCC and cost accounting. Then we gave some approaches and principles about LCC data collection and usage. The principles are the foundation of LCC calculation.

摘 要:明確指出了并行工程沖突管理的概念、內涵,提出并建立了并行工程沖突管理研究的體系框架。在該框架下結合并行工程理論與實踐的需要,明確了沖突管理的研究方向;分析并確定了沖突管理要素的性質、結構,為沖突管理的實施提供了理由和依據;最后結合我們所做的研究工作提出并分析了沖突管理的關鍵支持技術,為沖突管理的有效實施提供了技術方法支持。

Conflict Management in Concurrent Engineering

Abstract: It is an important requirement of Concurrent Engineering(CE) to manage conflicts effectively and comprehensively. CE conflict management is not only a simple resolution for conflicts, but also a kind of comprehensive coordination and management for CE product development process. Beginning by analyzing the characteristics of CE system and the origins of conflicts in CE, the concept of conflict management and the framework of research on conflict management in CE are proposed. The theory, key techniques and support tools of conflict management are analyzed.

摘 要:沖突協商的策略對于并行工程中沖突協商的效率和效果起著至關重要的作用。現代決策理論指出,沖突協商人在協商過程中的一個重要的原則就是滿意原則,即當協商各方根據各自的目標對一個沖突解決方案均感到滿意時就可達成協議、解決沖突。本文據此提出了并行工程協同設計問題中的標準滿意度評價空間的概念,研究了標準滿意度評價空間中沖突協商的方法,豐富了沖突協商的策略。

A Negotiation Approach in Standard Satisfaction Evaluation Space in Concurrent Engineering

Abstract: The strategies adopted by negotiators play an important role in the process of conflict negotiation in cooperative design. The role of satisfaction is an important rule in negotiation process according to modern decision - making theory. A negotiation approach in standard satisfaction evaluation space is proposed. The negotiation approach in standard satisfaction evaluation space provides a way for negotiators to negotiate directly by satisfaction degrees on targets.

ABSTRACT: Design For Cost (DFC) is a embranchment of Design For X (DFX). Using multiple domain feature mapping theory, we decompose the DFC's feature domain. It includes four design feature domains (concept design domain, initial general design domain, general design domain and detail design domain) and six cost feature domains (manufacturing cost domain, assembly cost domain, sale cost domain, usage cost do-main, repair cost domain, recycle and disposal cost domain). Then we establish multiple domains feature mapping relations that the design domain is the core in DFC. Using artificial neural network (ANN), simulation and grey system theory, we initially attain that the design parameters can be mapped to the cost parameters. This paper presents work is a base of estimating the LCC in DFC.

摘要:DFC(Design For Cost)是DFX方法的一個分支,本文運用多域特征映射理論提出DFC中特征域有:4個設計域(概念設計域、初步總體設計域、總體設計域和施工設計域)和5個成本域(制造成本域、裝配成本域、銷售成本域、維修成本域、使用成本域、報廢回收成本域),并在DFC中建立了以設計域為核心的多域特征映射關系,通過綜合應用神經網絡、仿真和成組技術等方法,初步實現了設計參數與成本參數之間的映射,為DFC中全生命周期成本(LCC-Life Cycle Cost)的估算打下了基礎。
