摘要：創新意識和研究能力的培養是醫學本科教育的重要組成部分，通過讓學生參與科研，將有利于培養研究型人才，使教、學、研一體化，促進學科發展。本研究旨在探索作為地方性本科院校，如何結合實際和客觀條件開展醫學本科生科研創新活動，并針對取得的經驗進行總結。

Abstract: As the development of medical education, innovative ability has been an important part of medical undergraduate course．Students＇ participation in scientific research is helpful to cultivate the research talents，to integrate the teaching，study and to promote the subject development．This article summarized our experience of undergraduate‘s participation in scientific research in a local medical school．
